XSE's Philosophy
TRUTH. STRENGTH. FREEDOM.
XSE’s philosophy can be summed up as simply “American.” The values on which the foundation of America were established are the values that XSE is designed to promote globally.
XSE is a human-centered systems engineering framework strategically structured to promote truth, strength, and freedom throughout the world. These principles are not only philosophical ideals, but are treated as core system outputs that can be developed, measured, and strengthened across individuals and societies.
The philosophy that America was founded on has demonstrated its value through the development of one of the most influential nations in history. In alignment with this foundation, XSE emphasizes that strength carries responsibility—the strong have an obligation to assist others in developing strength, because all people worldwide should have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
Regardless of age, race, religion, national origin, sex, disability, orientation, or status in life, XSE focuses on strengthening individuals at the foundational level, and then integrating that strength outward—across families, communities, and globally—to support and expand these fundamental human rights.
XSE's philosophy is based on original American documents:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident” One self-evident truth understood leads to another realization. It is most definitely a self-evident truth, without a doubt that “all men are created equal.” All men meaning all people, no matter what. All people are created equal, and “they are endowed by their Creator…” Was it bold or brave to state this as if they undoubtedly knew that there is a Creator? The men who founded the greatest nation on the face of the earth, which quickly became the most advanced and strongest country in the world, acknowledged this, without question, as a “self evident truth.” This Creator innately grants the unalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness to each and every human and XSE embraces and promotes those rights.
“And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor.” As we re-declare this message from July 4th 1776, firmly relying on the protection of God, we have pledged to you, America, our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor. XSE is designed to rise above wicked problems by strengthening America beginning with each individual, and to spread that strength and freedom to the world.
As stated in the Gettysburg Address (Abraham Lincoln 1863) : “It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us, that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion, that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain, that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom, and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.”
