Angela - Chief Executive Officer
Through her dedication to achieving and giving her best in life, coupled with the desire to help others advance on their own journey as well, Angela’s passion developed into a work of love, an entwining of science and creativity, culminating in founding Independent Integration Systems Engineering. In addition to obtaining a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Angela has embraced furthering her education in a broad range of studies. She has certificates ranging from University of Colorado Boulder in Systems Engineering to The Science of Well-Being from Yale. She pleasures in art and has graduated from the New York Institute of Art & Design’s Interior Design program. She also has earned a broad array of coaching certificates and is an ISSA certified personal trainer, nutritionist and fitness coach, all of which augment her commitment to seeking truth in order to reveal the secrets of strength and well-being, and then to make those discoveries and strategies accessible to anyone who finds that drive within themselves to succeed.
Victor - Chief Financial Officer
After receiving his masters degree in architecture, Victor pursued a career in film and media production. Beginning with taking a position in his local news station, he branched out into acting and producing short films which quickly led to his joining the University of Illinois in the production of online courses. Victor is not only dedicated to making education accessible on a global level through his collaboration with the U of I, but likewise finds that furthering his own education is a vital part of his own career and life in general. After enrolling in a MasterTrack program at Arizona State University and plunging head-first into his first 500 level Computer Science class with no prior formal education in that field, the idea of co-founding a system of online businesses in addition to XSE didn’t seem so daunting. His perseverance, long hours, and sleepless nights that were demanded of him while obtaining his Masters in Architecture was only a hint of the dedication that Victor has learned is required in order to fulfill his passion of the pursuit of knowledge and Truth, not only for himself but for all people.
Walter - Chief Technology Officer
Though barely graduated from high school, Walter has already burgeoned into a life full of purpose, as his activities are part of a great vision to make the world a better place through technology and systems engineering, in particular, XSE. By the time he was graduating from high school Walter had earned about 40 certificates in a vast array of subjects from many different universities including Yale, UCB, John Hopkins, Duke, University of Edinburgh, etc. He also had earned certification as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach and Body Building Specialist from ISSA during his high school years. Not only is physical health important to him, but he also values the other aspects of humanity, as acknowledged by XSE. In addition to his zeal for strength, intelligence and integrity, he has an unquenchable propensity to mastering technology in order to help humanity in general. He is continually furthering his education with plans of obtaining a masters in computer science in the near future. Computer Science is second nature to him. No matter what the challenge is, within a few days he usually has a solution, whether it is a new plug-in, code alteration, or another system integration, making him a vital part of XSE’s operations.
How our board promotes XSE in the world
As part of his commitment to promoting XSE and making it accessible and understandable for all people to bring home, Walter has founded “M Power Training” which is a training business that leverages XSE strategies and methods as part “engineering unbreakable strength” at the individual level. Victor has also joined Walter as -M-Powermen. Angela has developed a novel coaching program, XSE Power Coaching, using XSE strategies. In addition, Victor and Angela are going straight to the heart as Champions of Luxxacation to inspire the world to Take Time, Build Strength, and Rise Above.
