Organizational Status & Mission
Independent Integration Systems Engineering, Inc., doing business as XSE, is a Montana-based nonprofit corporation recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. XSE operates exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes and is committed to transparency, integrity, and compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations governing nonprofit organizations.

Collaboration, Partnership & Shared Ownership Transparency
XSE may collaborate with both affiliated and unaffiliated for-profit entities on specific projects, initiatives, or events that align with its charitable mission. These collaborations may include in-kind support such as technology services, web hosting, design assistance, or operational resources.
Certain individuals associated with XSE may also hold ownership interests in for-profit entities with which XSE collaborates. All such relationships are conducted at arm’s length, for fair market value, and in accordance with XSE’s conflict-of-interest and governance policies. No collaboration results in private inurement, improper private benefit, or preferential treatment of any individual or entity.
XSE retains full and independent control over its programs, activities, and decision-making at all times.

XSE and any affiliated or unaffiliated for-profit companies operate as separate and distinct legal entities, each with its own objectives, governance, and operations.
