Rise Above: The Third Element of Luxxacation

Rise Above is the third Element of Luxxacation and XSE’s principal learning, capability-strengthening, and advancement phase. It follows Build Strength, using evidence and experience generated during actual system operation to identify what should be learned, appropriately recommitted to, strengthened, or improved before the next Take Time cycle.

Rise Above focuses on three primary functions:

1. Review, Learn & Recommit — examine what actual operation revealed, learn from Results, successes, deviations, Resets, feedback, and changing conditions, and recommit to appropriate constructive direction.
2. Seek Better Sources — identify improved information, evidence, expertise, knowledge, or other Sources that can strengthen subsequent understanding and decision-making.
3. Seek Better Resources & Strengthen Capability — identify and develop relevant Resources, skills, tools, relationships, conditions, training, or other capabilities that can better equip the System of Interest for continued advancement.

Rise Above does not replace the comprehensive analysis, engineering, and XESAS Synthesis performed during Take Time. Rather, it strengthens what the system brings into the next Take Time cycle by carrying forward operational evidence, learning, improved Sources, improved Resources, and increased capability.
