Build Strength: The Second Element of Luxxacation
Build Strength is the second Element of Luxxacation and XSE’s principal operational phase through which the whole-system configuration engineered and synthesized during Take Time is placed into actual operation. It is the Element in which the System of Interest performs the applicable System Work, encounters real operating conditions, exercises relevant governance and Executive Power, operates Gateway Guarding, implements CREATE Goals, conducts Target Tracking, responds to feedback and deviation, and generates evidence concerning actual system performance and developing Trajectory.
Where Take Time engineers the course, Build Strength operates the course.
For applicable human systems, Build Strength involves the coordinated implementation of relevant:
- CREATE Goals;
- Gateway Guarding specifications;
- Executive Control Center (ECC) governance;
- Executive Power;
- Primary Target strategies;
- Target Tracking and Data Collection;
- corrective Resets;
- and other requirements established within the whole-system configuration.
Executive Power is particularly important during Build Strength because this is where intentional governance must become effective operation. Willpower may be understood as the closest common secular term for a central capacity associated with Executive Power, while XSE Executive Power more broadly encompasses the operational capacity for initiation, action, restraint, persistence, redirection, correction, and sustained self-regulation.
Build Strength also provides the principal operating environment for Target Tracking. Target Tracking is configured during Take Time and conducted principally through strategically positioned Watches during Build Strength, allowing actual operation to be compared with Desired Results (777), CREATE Goals, Gateway Guarding, the Primary Target, intended direction, and other applicable reference conditions.
Through repeated operation, relevant choices, Inputs, Outputs, Gateway interactions, Forces, conditions, feedback, and System Work may contribute to changes in XSE Dynamic Mechanics, system state, Position, and Trajectory. Build Strength therefore does not imply that strength is produced merely through effort or repetition; rather, XSE evaluates whether actual operation is producing constructive, coherent, and appropriately directed change.
Evidence generated during Build Strength—including Target Tracking records, feedback, observed Results, deviations, Resets, and other appropriate Data Collection—can subsequently be carried into Rise Above and returned to the next Take Time cycle for renewed analysis, reassessment, XESAS Synthesis, and whole-system reconfiguration.
Within the recursive Luxxacation architecture:
Take Time → engineers and synthesizes the course
Build Strength → operates, guards, governs, tracks, corrects, and performs the System Work of the course
Rise Above → learns, recommits, and strengthens Sources, Resources, and capability for continued advancement
In concise form:
Build Strength is the second Element of Luxxacation and XSE’s principal operational phase through which the whole-system configuration engineered during Take Time is put into actual operation. Through applicable Executive Power, ECC governance, Gateway Guarding, CREATE Goal implementation, System Work, Target Tracking, feedback, correction, and persistence, Build Strength operates the engineered course under real conditions while generating evidence of changing system state, Dynamic Mechanics, Position, and Trajectory for subsequent learning, analysis, XESAS Synthesis, and reconfiguration.
